Wielostopniowe moduły Peltiera zostały opracowane w celu zapewnienia znacznie większych ΔT. Maksymalna wartość ΔT może osiągnąć 131°C. Moduły TEM są odpowiednie do zastosowań, w których wymagana jest mała lub średnia moc chłodnicza, ale wyższa ΔT. Możemy dostarczyć te moduły TEM od 2 do 6 stopni w rozmiarach od 3,9x3,9mm do 40x40mm.
Typowe zastosowania w niskich temperaturach to detektory matrycowe CCD i elektrooptyka.
